What we can help with
- Corrections: a figure, rule or date on the site that looks wrong or out of date.
- Clarity: a page or calculator that is hard to follow.
- Suggestions for topics or glossary terms.
- Reports of anyone using the TradoGlobal name to offer trading, investments or fund recovery.
What we cannot help with
TradoGlobal is not a broker, exchange or adviser. We have no accounts, so we cannot help with logins, deposits, withdrawals, trades, balances or verification. We cannot give personal investment advice, recommend a provider or recover funds lost to another company. If you have lost money to a fraud, contact your bank and your regulator first; our guide on how to spot trading scams lists the steps.
We will never ask you for passwords, recovery phrases, card details or identity documents, and we will never ask you to send money. Please do not include such information in your email.
When reporting an error, please include the page address and the sentence concerned, and, if you can, the official source that shows the correct figure. It helps us check and fix it faster.
